reloadzy ("we," "us," or "our") operates a platform that lets you buy data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo lines in Ghana. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, along with some data collected automatically when you use the site.

• Order details — the recipient's phone number, network, and bundle selected for each purchase.
• Payment information — the mobile money number used to pay. We do not store your mobile money PIN; authorization happens through your network's payment prompt.
• Contact information — your email address and phone number if you create an account or contact support.
• Support messages — anything you submit through our support form, including your message content.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and general usage data collected automatically to keep the platform secure and working properly.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and deliver data bundle orders to the recipient number you provide
• Confirm and reconcile mobile money payments
• Send order updates, such as confirmation or delivery status
• Respond to support requests and resolve order issues
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or failed transactions
• Improve platform performance and reliability

We don't use your information for purposes unrelated to these without asking you first.

Payments & Mobile Money

Payments are processed through mobile money prompts sent directly to your phone by the relevant network or payment provider. reloadzy does not have access to your mobile money PIN or account credentials at any point.

We retain a record of each transaction — amount, mobile money number used, timestamp, and status — for order tracking, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.

Sharing With Network Providers

To deliver your data bundle, we share the recipient's phone number and bundle details with the relevant network provider (MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo) or their authorized distribution partners. This is the minimum information needed to complete delivery.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data with:

• Payment processors, to confirm and settle mobile money transactions
• Network providers, to fulfil bundle delivery
• Service providers who help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, analytics), under confidentiality obligations
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by Ghanaian law

Data Retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to support order tracking, accounting, tax obligations, and fraud prevention — generally for the duration required under Ghanaian law for financial records. Support messages are retained only as long as needed to resolve your query and for a reasonable period afterward for quality purposes.

How We Protect Your Data

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to order and payment data, and monitoring for suspicious activity.

No online platform can guarantee complete security. If you believe your account or an order has been compromised, please contact us right away.

Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep the site functioning — for example, to remember your selected network tab or keep a checkout session active. We may also use basic analytics to understand how the platform is used, so we can improve it.
